I've been patronizing this fine joint for many moons. I am certainly a Miami Dolphins fan. And I am a HUGE fan of the way they prepare and serve the wings here. I am not the biggest fan of chicken wings. Unlike Mom, she loves them. The wings here are desirable methinks, because they are grilled. And big. And delish. Give them a whirl. Go Dolphins! Cabeza OUT!

Overall experience could have been better but man, those Triple Threat Wings made me fall in love with wings to another level. Okay so we came on a late week night to grab some wings and beers (my typical routine in Jersey--do not judge lol). Our server was cool and she seemed like she was fast and on top of everything (plus she recommended the Triple Threat to us that I will forever be grateful for). However, it seemed that she forgot to put our order in because a table that got sat after us got their food first (and we only ordered wings). It was fine though, I totally understand. Then Ta daaaaaa, wings came (finally). They were freaking amazing. I fell in love. She came to see how everything was and I asked for another beer (Funky Buddha Floridian which was pretty good). I honestly do not know if it's just me (my twelve-year old lookin me) or that she had a lot of tables in the bar but she forgot about my beer. It wasn't a big deal but whatever.... That night I met the wings of my dreams (even better than the seasonal Calabrian Wings in Olive Garden which everyone must try I promise you won't regret). Don't forget- TRIPLE THREAT!

Wait staff is great. Management, the big boss as he puts it, is an asshole. Blatantly refused put our game on a TV where we were sitting. Said the ONE woman that wanted to watch it requested her game on. I watched her the entire first half of her game. She didn't watch a single minute. We asked management to change the game. He refused. He did not offer to comp our meal nor did he offer to fix the situation in anyway possible. Basically told us to get over it. I work in customer service and that's not how you handle things. The customer is always right, no matter what and management should aim to fix the problem. "The big boss" failed to do so.

Had an amazing server named Amanda. My girlfriend and I love going here on game nights and just for a great bite to eat. Food and drinks are at a great price and always have a great time.

This is a 3-4 star review for me. I was pleasantly surprised by this place! We went over this past weekend to watch the Gator game. At first they weren't playing the sound to any of the games, but we were able to ask the manager to put the sound on and he did! Score one for you manager! It's huge, really nicely done,TONS of TVS, and they have an outside patio. Prices are reasonable and the chicken nachos were kicka$$ (see pix). Also, the french onion soup was really good and came out within like 5 mins of me ordering it. The 2 downsides were 1) our waiter was painfully slow and kept forgetting our orders and 2) it was subarctic in here. I actually texted my friend and asked her to bring 3 sweaters. She did and we are all bundled up inside the restaurant b/c I swear it was in the low 60s in this place. I actually went outside twice to thaw out. Overall a good football watching experience.

Personally one of my favorite sports bars for food quality and value. Food is always consistently good fresh and hot. Personally never had an issue with my food and the service is usually pretty good and attentive (nice eye candy lol). If you have never been to this place it's worth checking it out you will not be disappointed. Other than the food honestly it's your typical sports bar lots of TV's a big bar and lots of alcohol flowing. Nice atmosphere especially when a big sporting event is playing.

I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a miserable experience at a restaurant. Sadly, it could have been better if our experience hadn't been ruined by one server, who inexplicably treated us like mortal enemies from the moment she saw us. But first: I was meeting two friends at the bar outside. They arrived about two minutes ahead of me and each ordered a beer. I arrived shortly thereafter. In ten minutes I still couldn't manage to flag down the bartender (there was only one at the time, surely part of the problem, but still) so I actually went inside to the other bar, ordered and received my drink, paid for it, and returned to the outdoor bar before my friends had caught another glimpse of the outdoor bartender. Hey, no big deal, I've got my beer. She wasn't slacking off, she seemed legitimately overworked. Shortly after that, a second bartender entered the picture and the problem was gone. So then the people at the table behind us leave and we decide to sit there where it's a bit more comfortable and easy to talk (there were football games on over the bar and it was a bit loud). We cashed out at the bar so we could open a new tab with whatever waitress was working the bar tables. That's where it started. We're sitting at the table for about 10 seconds when this angry-looking waitress comes flying up to us. She asks, "Did you get those beers at the bar?" pointing to our half-empty beers. We said yes. Her, raising her voice in an increasingly aggressive manner: "You're not allowed to have those beers here, this is MY table, and you have to drink those at the BAR." My friend, confused by that aggression, said "Well, we just cashed out at the bar so we could open a new tab with you," and started to show her the receipt that he had just received from the bartender. She stopped him with a hand in the air, and just as angrily said, "I don't care. This is MY table and you're not allowed to sit here when you have a beer from the bar. She waited a second to see with her own eyes that we were getting up before stalking off. Back at the bar, the stranger that was sitting next to me before (and again now) even said, "Dude, what was that all about?!" The bartender said, "You're back! What happened?" to which I responded, "The waitress wouldn't let us sit at her table!" He just sort of shrugged and mumbled something about that being strange. We reopened our tabs with him, and spent the rest of our evening at the bar, with the server's precious table sitting empty at least half of that time. Here's what I'm the most disappointed about: I would like to have come back to this restaurant. It's nice, looks like a fun place. But my experience was SO ruined by this woman that I just can't stomach coming back for any reason. I'm sure the other servers are much nicer (they'd have to be, wouldn't they?) but I can't get that bad taste out of my mouth.

Order a chicken sandwich, buffalo style and onion rings instead of fries, bring out a grilled chicken sandwich and THREE FUCKING ONION RINGS! really?! You're charging me extra for THREE ONION RINGS?!! I don't care how artistically my food looks this is a fracking sports bar! If I wanted something fancy I would go to a fine dinning restaurant, when I want copious amounts of greasy food I go to a sports bar! Really let me down on this one bru's room! I'm prolly going to start looking for a new sports bar.

  • Linda L.

The food here is pretty good considering it's more like a casual sports bar. The bar area is in the center of the room. There's enough booths and tables around. There's many TV screens and it alternates different games on game day. The server was patient and nice. Food came quickly. Good place to watch a football game on Sunday

Great fun place. Triple threat wings are the bomb! Had to sit near a birthday party full of kids not my fav spot but the wings were good enough to make up for that. Definitely want to go back soon may even eventually try something besides the wings ( but not till I get tired of them). Went back a second time for more wings but every single spot in the parking lot was taken. Disappointed but too crowded for me.

Trying to have dinner here right now and its like being at a headbanger concert with awful loud hard rock music outside and tons of smokers blowing their cancer fumes around. No matter how good their food is (havent had it yet) the atmosphere here is absolutely awful unless youre completely stoned. Had the ribs with fries and baked beans. Good fall off the bone ribs and good service. Its a shame that the evening hours suck here as it gets kind of a different crowd but this might just be the designated hangout spot for that group.. Better to come during lunch hours when the food is the same goodness without the odd crowd. Highly recommend their pot roast when available.

My mom and I come here all the time for trivia night on Wednesday. The food is good but I usually stick with the salads or wings. My boyfriend like to come here to watch the games. It is really cold inside so bring a sweater.

Waitress has a bit hostile, rushing us to order. Ahi tuna was really dry and the bbq chicken flatbread had little bbq sauce and the flatbread was a bit stale. They turned up the music nightclub-loud in the middle of our dinner so we practically ran out of there. Very disappointed.

  • Katherine T.

First had to find a manager to get one of 5 filthy open booths cleaned. Had to send back undercooked appetizer. Waited an hour and they still couldn't get 4 entrees on the table. We were nice enough to take our dinner to go instead of canceling our orders and they didn't even put silverware in the box. Stood around the front podium for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged.. so long another patron even commented on how bad the service was. All this just so we could eat our dinners in the car! Good wings, miserable service. Go to BW3 instead of wings are your things.

i have been to many Bru's room location and this one has to be the best the food we just had here was fantastic. We started out with the fish dip and it was the fresest best tasting fish dip I have ever had. We ordered wings hot and they was perfectly done done a bit crispy but not dried out. We also had a basket of waffle fries that were really good and properly cooked. Our server Kristen was very attentive and friendly I can't wait till next time

I'm still a fan of the wings here however the last two times I have eaten here something has been "off". We have ordered take out wings from here. No problem. They are always ready when we get there. For some reason the last two times we have dined in service has been a bit slow. One time it wasn't particularly busy and it seemed maybe they were understaffed (the waitress even apologized that everything was taking so long). There were good drink specials and as usual everything we got ordered was prepared well. One note: The music outside was so loud we couldn't dish on the latest gossip so we had to sit inside just to hear one another.

Great sports venue to watch the games. I am often here on Saturdays to watch the Buckeyes as it is a Buckeyes backer bar. The food is probably better than your typical bar food. The wings are hands down the best. I consider myself a wing connoisseur and they have the best. My personal favorite is the grilled triple threat with minced garlic. Your breath will smell for a few days but it is worth it

  • Dominique F.

This used to be my go to wings place but I stopped going because the service is now horrible. The wait staff will forget about you and you end up having to go find them yourself. This place gets really packed during games and you can rarely find a seat. Food isn't as good as it used to be. Overall I think the whole supply and demand thing messed up this once amazing sports bar. Now that more people come here, they rush the food and the service which ruins the experience. I now prefer Wings Plus. Probably would not return to Brus anymore.

Our bartender was great her name was Christina she was very attentive but on the downfall they gave us a glass that was chipped. Now we'll definitely come back again but they just need to put a little more attention to detail.

I love the outdoor bar, the drink prices and the atmosphere of it it. The staff alright. During the week usually one bartender on and they can get a bit overwhelmed quickly which leads to long waits for round 2 etc. A good spot to be a local. The food is okay.

When I first started going to Brus Room, the food was excellent. In the past 3-4 years, the food isn't that great. I was there Tuesday and ordered the steak salad. The vinaigrette dressing was too powerful and too much vinegar. The wings are eh....use to be alot better. Its a cool place to watch the games and to play bar and NTN trivia.

It's your average sportsbar. Nothing special. Bar food and drinks. Sometimes it smells. It's a good place to go for a last minute meet up but there are several better options in the vicinity. The food is mediocre. Drinks are drinks. The crowd can be kind of sketchy...

Went here for the first time tonight and liked that they had a kids area as I was with my daughter (9) however when I gave her money to play in the little arcade half the machines took her money!!!! I went and to my waitress so she could put a sign up so another person wouldn't lose their money however she already knew and laughed as she said "yeah most of them are broken"....so yes it was good food not the best but good. But there are other places in the area.

It's OK. For whatever reason, the place is dark. I sat outside a few weeks ago and couldn't even read the menu. I asked the bartender to put the lights on brighter and she gave me her cell phone to use as a flashlight. Unless you are a "regular", you won't get the time of day other than when it's obvious you want/need something. If the beer wasn't $6 a pitcher, I wouldn't bother with this place. It's not bad or anything. But it's not good either. Just mediocre in general.

  • Lisa M.

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the front desk girl taking to go orders was very respectful, apologetic, and doing her job correctly. I ordered two small orders of wings to go and an order of waffle fries and 7:20pm. I got there at 7:40 being that she said it would be about 15 minutes. I didn't get my order until 8:20. She said there were complications in the kitchen. Wings were cold and didn't taste that great! Oh and I love how I got all drums and 2 flats. Waffle fries were so soggy in bag that the paper bag itself was all wilted and wet. Won't be going back.

Hands down, the best wings in town! Triple threat or go home!!! Perfect for watching football on the patio or sitting in the game area with the kiddos!!! Nice servers and bartenders and fun atmosphere!!!

  • Anastasia M.

Triple threat wings! That's all!! No but seriously if you catch them on a good day you will fall in love with these wings. It's a hit or miss when it comes to their wings, also their drinks. I love the Long Island iced teas ($5) all the time but I never know what to expect. In all I would say go if you need a lively place to hang out ( as Coral Springs is mostly dead in my opinion) and have some drinks

  • John B.

Bru's Room is definitely as good as it gets. Nice and big inside, dynamite food, and great staff. Football Sunday is a must. Plenty of beer specials. We've had many birthday's there, and also had a fundraiser there for our handicapped daughters company. The best sports bar around. Recommend grilled wings. Pecan chicken salad. French onion soup. Lettuce wrap. Just about anything.

    (5)
  • Jai M.

The food is overrated, especially the wings. But they have a "health stack" that is pretty good. Service is d- .. But it's not the servers fault, too many tables in their sections or something. Servers are often drunk themselves.. And if you order the same drink - it'll come out different each time. But all in all, this place has a fun sports bar atmosphere.

    (4)
  • Justin D.

Great specials such as the boneless wings/pitcher of beer combo for $13. Great boneless wings especially in the triple threat sauce. The only reason for 4 stars is because the inside bar smells kind of funky.

My coworkers and I went for an after work gathering on a Saturday night. The place of course was busy. This location is probably the most decent looking one among other Brus. Huge outdoor seating, flat screens everywhere playing sports. I ordered Southern BBQ Chicken Flatbread and it was tasty and portion was definitely enough for 1. When my buddies got there, we moved inside and ordered nachos and wings. The wings at this place were off the hook or maybe i had to many...lol :) Speaking of drinks, they were very weak. I've been to several sports bars (Duffys, Billy's, Ale House, John Martin's, etc) but the mixed drinks at this place were very weak even for a double. A double? Well I did end up ordering a few even for my buddies and they all agreed that they were not the drinks we are used to at non-chain sports pub. Service was excellent so that compensated for the experience but we will stick to our usual neighborhood pubs next time for another after work night out.

If you like wings, you got to try the Triple-Threat! Pretty good food in the menu. Not a lot of variety in draft beer but got some of my favorite. The place is particular busy during Heat games. Very nice atmosphere.

I normally love brus room but the service from Lauren P. was the worst I have ever had. She seemed to have an issue with us (or her job) from the moment we sat down. I think it all started when she asked if we were ready to order and I said we weren't and asked for a kids menu for my son. She seemed to get frustrated by the fact a 6 years old needed a kids menu to know what we were going to order him. Then at the end she brought the check threw it down without even asking if we wanted anything else. After that, it took her an extremely long time to ever come back to get the check. She kept helping other tables, but never looking towards us. Awful service... I will say though, the food was great! I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was huge!! Everyone else in my group also enjoyed their food. However, with the level of service we received, there are plenty of other sports bars that have good food, so I definitely will not be coming back for a long time.

My cuzzo brought me here to watch the BCS game... It was terribly loud and a bit cluttered but to my surprise the food was incredibly tasty. We ordered a bunch of wings: bbq, hot, and raspberry (which i've never heard of or even tried). It was a hit. I must have ate like 20 wings! I can't say this is the best food ever but it is good food. The ribs were tasty, not the kind of ribs that will win a BBQ cook off, but they were tasty and the sauce was tangy. Absolutely no tug (probably steamed) and even texture throughout. Now we did have service issues: when we first sat we were close to the projector screen which for some reason gathered all the noise. It was unbearable. I couldn't even hear my cousin speaking and he was next to me. We asked to be moved and they did so kindly. But we were ignored at our new table for at least 10 minutes. The female server just... didn't serve us. The african-carribean dude from the previous section noticed that... and immediately came to our aid. And took care of us the whole night... I know you're not suppose to encroach on other servers sections but our server dropped the ball big time. And he picked it up... we were about to walk out. At the end we gave a 40% tip. because he was that good and we wanted to show the cute girl that she messed up by ignoring us... anyways... I would totally return. I enjoyed my meal. And even though it's a bit loud, It's a great place to hang with friends and family.

Bru's Room is our "go to" sports bar, watering hole, and wing stop. We actually find ourselves ordering takeout from here more often than anywhere else. I don't have it in me to give a sport's bar anymore than 3 stars just b/c. Service is always consistent though. And you can't go wrong with the Sweet N Tangy grilled wings ;) This location has a tendency for attracting a somewhat "ghetto" crowd from time to time in my opinion, which can get obnoxious. But overall everyone minds their own business.

See my 1 star on Bokampers Fort Lauderdale. This place has lots of tv's, average food and average service- above average service on a good day. It is a sports bar- that's it, and they are pretty good at it. Their "triple threat" wings and homemade blue cheese are second to none. For a sports bar in S. Florida, they are very hard to beat.

  • Christopher B.

I love Brus Room. I have been going to Brus Room since the days of there being only one of them. I am still a fan now that it is a chain. The wings and ribs are great. They offer to grill your wings which is a rarity and much healthier than fried. They also have tons of drink specials and televisions which makes it the perfect place to get a drink and watch the game. The only drawback is that it is always crowded which can lead to some slow service at peak times. That is ok for me though as I am rarely in a hurry here.

First time at this location, went to watch a BCS game and Miami Heat game. Originally sat in the family area because there were no seats near bar, would have stayed if they would put the game on but after asking four people and nothing happened ended up leaving and going to the bar aware waiting for someone to leave. Got table, order soup to kill time and wait for friend which was great (chicken noble) unfortunatly server forgot to mention the soup of the day which i didnt even know they carried and would have loved to try. Overall good experience ordered burgers, the bbq bURGER, Learned im NOT a fan of brie cheese lol but did like the specials they had.

Service Sucks Here & The Manager Doesn't Care We went here for dinner on Friday night. Usually we get food to go, but this time we ate in. The waitress took our order and then someone else brought the food about 15 minutes later. The girl who brought the food left in such a hurry that we didn't get to tell her we were missing a few things. First, we had no utensils to eat with. Second, my fiance ordered rice/beans and wound up with fries instead. Lastly, I didn't have any blue cheese dressing that was supposed to come with my wings. 15 minutes later, the waitress showed up. We told her everything that was missing and she quickly remedied it. Then it came the bill. When I looked at it, I saw a $6 charge for onion rings, when the menu has the onion rings listed as $3. When I asked the waitress about it, she went to explain the issue to the manager. He came over about 10 minutes later and started barking at me about how that is the charge for the onion rings. When I showed him the menu, he continued to argue with me, said he would remove them from the bill, but that I would have to pay the $6 price next time. Joke is on him, because I won't be going back for a next time. All in all, I will say their wings are very good. However, we won't be visiting again because the service is absolutely horrible!

  • George M.

Simply put their triple threat wings are awesome. There isn't a single process applied to wings that is better, awesome texture & taste. They should be listed on the front page of the menu all by themselves. If you've never tried them don't miss out, grab a beer & a chair and enjoy

  • Alex R.

Poor service, mistakes with order. This place is pretty busy most of the time. That being said orders seem to get mixed up regularly and finding your server can be a chore in itself. The food and drinks are decent but it's really not impressive as a whole.

  • JL Q.

Only go here if you're not thirsty or hungry. WAIT! Aren't sports bars and grills supposed to serve you food and drink??? The service at the outside patio is so slow if you're dying of thirst, you will likely die before getting anyone to come to you. I blame this on the fact there isn't anyone managing customers who walk in and just take a seat. By design, Bru's has created an environment that doesn't signal when someone has come in. On my trip there September 13th, it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to wait on me and ONLY after I signaled the bartender by waving my arms! When the waitress walked up, she wanted to go through all the specials. Since I'd been there long enough to be parched (and it wasn't hot!), I stopped her and ordered my drink and meal. The food came out so fast the kitchen has to be keeping a bunch of food prepared and ready to go so customers don't wait. Problem is, when you just leave prepared food waiting to be served, it isn't as hot as it should be when it gets to you. My wings which I ordered with the "Triple Threat" were maybe 2 threats short. Mediocre, at best. The onion rings were the greasiest I've ever had, but at least they were hot. It's been a while since I've been and it's going to be even longer before I go back. My local golf club has better and cheaper food and faster bar service. That's where I should have gone to begin with, but this place is closer. If they can fix the couple of things I mentioned, controlling/managing incoming customers to the patio, serve drinks quickly and prepare food when the orders are placed (and maybe change the oil in the fryer!), it'd go a long way in improving operations.

Best Place to Watch the Dolphin vs Jets. This Review deals solely with three things: 1. Service 2. Drink Specials 3. Game Time Vibe for the Dolphins vs the Stinking Jets I have yet to have poor service. I've been here multiple times and all the servers are friendly, efficient, and up beat. The beer specials are awesome and I've been tempted to try this rum punch they serve in a small bucket. Not sure of the name. Lastly, this has to be the best place to watch the Dolphin vs the Stinking Jets Game. Anyone who is a diehard Phin fan knows that playing the Jets and Buffalo are the most important games of the season. The Jets are they only game that I must watch at a bar, if I don't go to the game. The reason, because most Jet Fans are so obnoxious and a major pain in the ass. This Brus Room is packed with Jets Fans. Best part, the bar is also parked with Dolfans too. This one big time Dolfan, Dino is my hero:) he had a bunch of props like a big green jet he crashed into the floor, a Skelton of a Jet Fan on a noose with princess panties on, and a huge inflatable football player in a Phin uniform. Freakin outstanding! Trust me its get heated in there and during halftime of one this match ups the management had to come over the sound system to tell everyone to settle down. How awesome is that! Lol. If you are a true Fin fan you have to come here and catch this game. Nothing beats watching the Jet Fans cry like babies when we win. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Aqua and Orange! JETS SUCK!

Great place to hang out - wings are really good - try the triple threat. Fun place to watch NFL and or the NBA playoffs. Gets a bit crowded often though.

Been to one sports bar grill and you've been to them all comes to mind. Good location, nice restaurant layout with family friendly area on one side, bar seating area in the middle and large outdoor area. Large variety of beer and specialty drinks and all your typical bar food items on the menu. Plenty of TVs throughout the building so no matter where you sit there are a couple in view. Service was adequate and friendly. But there is nothing that makes this place stand out above any other sports bar. It would be a good place to bring a large group. But be prepared to pay a little more. Prices are a bit higher than other comparable places. Especially the beer. I was drinking the seasonal special which happened to be a Samuel Adams beer. I was not made aware that it cost $20 a pitcher which I discovered once I received the check. Had we been notified of the price when asking about the beer specials we might have checked out other options. Honestly I don't know what they charge for a domestic pitcher but I hope it is more reasonable. I will almost definitely come back here. Mostly because of convenience. I would not go out of the way for anything here. There are many other sport bars close by with better food and much more reasonable prices. All in all this place is good to have a few beers and watch a game with a group of friends. Not as good to take the family out for a Friday dinner. Its worth a visit so check it out for yourself. Cheers

I enjoyed this place on a Saturday afternoon during the French Open. There were plenty of different sports programming on and the service was impeccable. I can't speak to a lot of their menu since I only ate a chicken breast sandwich there once, but it was quite tasty. Nice crowd.

I came here with my fiancee few months ago and sat in the bar area. The service was horrible here. We sat for 15 minutes before she took our order. Took her another 15 minutes to bring the beer(which is mis-quoted us the cost). Instead of checking with the bartender on the price, she told us they were 2/1. Knowing this, we ordered 4 blue moons(2 each). Then we order our food and she put the wrong side item on the order (which was $3 more then the one we ordered). At the end of the night when we received our check, we noticed a $9 increase in the bill from what we were told when we ordered. When we confronted her(very nice about it) she caught a HUGE attitude with us stating "the price is the price, I don't make them" She didn't even offer to adjust it or check with a manager. SO with her attitude so nasty, we brought over a manager ourselves to complain and he agreed with us and approched her about her mistake and schooled her on the menu items. He was accomidating to us, however we decided not to return here since everytime we come, we have an issue. The food is way overpriced for the quality that it is. Service always stinks, staff is very unknowledable on the menu items.

Big fan of Brus Room but stay away from the one in Deerfield Beach. Their drinks suck!!!! I have been there twice and both times I had 3 Long Island Ice Teas and never even got a buzz. This location only caters to the tourists and they screw them. I frequent Coconut Creek and Pompano and love their drinks and food but I am never going back to Deerfield.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Chicken tastes cheap and processed. Brus room nickels and dimes you by charging 50 cents for extra ranch or blue cheese. Nothing upsets me more then being charged for sauces. Add the cost into the food and don't tell me about it is how i feel but don't add 50 cents onto my bill. If the owners of brus room are that hard up for 50 cents maby they should reprice their menu. Food is low grade bar food. Your better off driving 2 blocks north on University to BJ's Brewhouse which has a huge selection of custom beers brewed in house and a real menu with a huge selection of much better quality food with a much nicer atmosphere.

We visit Bru's at least once a week... Sometimes, it's packed - other times not a whole lot is going on. Surprisingly, I find that the service is better when it's very busy. They tend to not pay so much attention when it's really slow. Anyway, I've only tried 2 things on the menu and both are really good. The triple threat wings and the dolphin reuben. I was really happy with both, but most times we get the wings. The $4 long islands are great, too - but depending on the night, they can be watered down tasting. We'll keep coming back!

Bru's is a solid sports bar. I liked it better than the one I'd previously visited in Pompano Beach. They have LOTS of TV's and had all the games on this Saturday for college football. I posted up at the bar and watched my game and was pleasantly surprised that they had some good beers on draft: Sierra Nevada, 2 kinds of Sam Adams (regular and seasonal) and their beer of the month was Weihenstephaner...score! One of my favorite beers. Had 2 in a big 0.5 L glass ($5.50) each and they were delicious. After two of those, I went for some food to soak it up: an angus burger with cheese, which was very good but I got the potato salad with it and it wasn't very good. Bartenders were nice, the place is clean and has lots of space (big outside area, large main bar and another room or two of booths in the back. I would go back if I'm in Coral Springs again...

The atmosphere is fine...its a sports bar and grill. My chicken was undercooked, and when I ordered a cup of chicken soup it was overloaded with chunks of chicken. Service was good. But no one came to apologize and make it right. Dessert was poor, and I would not return.

I just recently moved from Florida to California and went to a fight night and only thought about how much I miss Bru's Room. For bar food its good food ofr bar food. The wings are great! The drinks are right. Never too much alcohol, never too little alcohol. UFC Fight Nights are always awesome and crowded and the people are always excited about it. Its just a great atmosphere to watch UFC. The service is okay. Not terrible and not great. I mean they take your order, you eat, you pay, you leave. No mix ups or mishaps here.

Stay away from this place on ladies night (Thursday's) it turns into the haven for the scum and scumettes in town. Other than that it's ehh ok.

Bru's is the hangout of Coral Springsians (is that even correct? lol) BUT the place sucks. Plain and simple as a restaurant it sucks. The food is meh, the service is blah and the atmosphere is just ok. If you want lunch or dinner go elsewhere. I cant tell you how many times I've heard someone say they got food poisoning from Bru's food. Here's the upside.. Bru's as a "bar" or hangout is alright. The only upside is that they usually have good specials and the beer is cheap. THATS IT. This is not the place to hang out all night, drink, be merry and eat. The service usually is absolute shit. The place is always packed and is VERY noisy. Look, I know this is a sports bar and that's what you expect.. but I feel that I've been to much better sports bars with better service, food, etc. Even the bartenders arent good looking.. In my book, I only go here if my friends insist on it.. and if I do I ONLY order a pitcher of beer so I never have to worry about finding the bartender or server for a while. Come for the booze and watching a late night sports game.. Leave the food eating for somewhere else.

As a frequent patron of all the Bru's Rooms in South Florida (from Delray to Coconut Creek) I always have a good time at this location. It has a large interior restaurant/bar area and a large outdoor patio area as well. It is located directly across the street from the Coral Square Mall, so it's a good place to visit after a long day of shopping. This is a great bar for football fans. It has several large screen plasma TV's throughout the establishment and great drink specials. During the NFL season they offer football food and drink specials, like $5 Skyy doubles. They offer typical bar food, but one of the highlights is the fried pickle chips. You haven't lived until you've eaten a crispy golden fried pickle, which comes with a cajun ranch sauce to dip in, yum!

Lots of tv's. The family area is great for kids. Service is always good. The new specials like the crab bread were good. The regular menu items are good and priced well.

I don't really post reviews, actually this is my first review ever. I'm extremely disappointed of this place. The food was not only bad-regular quality but my chicken was burnt. The salad seem to have no grace. this things are bad but you cant expect every restaurant to be good. However, when i got home I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. Additionally, I had a horrible acid reflux, Which is extremely rare for me. I'm really disappointed. I don't know if I was unlucky of there is people who actually like the food this place serves. If you go to watch a game and drink beer ( I didn't try anything else) its an good place, lots of TVs everywhere and beer specials.

Terrible. We apparently interrupted the hostesses personal conversation as she seemed bothered by having to seat us. We sat for a while without even being approached for a drink order. When a waitress did appear she greeted the table in front of us that had no menus because they had just come in through a side door and just sat down. She took their drink order and disappeared. We took our business elsewhere. No chance on us coming back to this location.

The food was a little to greasy for my taste. The service was so so at best as our waitress would get lost for long periods of time because she would forget we were there as we were placed in a back room away from everyone for who knows why. The only good thing was that the place was clean

Went here recently, there was not a wait which was great. The waitstaff was ok-maybe a little on the dull side. I prefer my server to have more of an upbeat attitude than the young lady who served us. I liked the fact that there are TVs on every wall which made it easier for both of us to watch the games that were playing. Now on to the food......wings and chicken nachos and fries....1 stick of celery and 1 carrot stick for 2 people. The fries were overcooked. Nothing spectacular about the wings. The chicken nachos however, were yummy. Loved those chicken nachos. I'll go back again just for the chicken nachos and a beer.

This location was close to my hotel and I absolutely loved it here! When I first arrived (around dinnertime), it was a little quiet, but then it quickly picked up. As noted by another reviewer, I had Erin as my server and she was great! I had an 8' pizza (w/ pineapple and broccoli) and a side salad. Both were par for the course, but I liked it here more for the atmosphere. It was a perfect, warm night and the bar/restaurant area grew really lively as the night progressed. It was also the Thursday before Super Bowl weekend, so you could feel that there were probably more tourists than usual. This is a great place to meet up with friend's for Happy Hour (they have great Happy Hour specials), or if you want to relax and watch a sporting event, as there are many tv's available in the bar/restaurant area. I noticed a number of large parties and some families in the restaurant area, so this is a good "all around" location on many levels.

This is a hard place for me to review because I love going there to watch football. They have tons of tvs and get all the games. Also, the service is usually pretty friendly, even if the servers are sometimes overwhelmed by the Sunday crowds. In other words, if you are just looking to watch football and drink beer, then this is a great place. However, I cannot award more than three stars because the food is not very good. Basically, it is typical bar-food, but that would be ok if they would cook it correctly, which, unfortunately, does not always happen. If you want to order food, play it really safe and stick to the buffalo wings. They may not be good for you, but at least you know they will be good.

I've been going to Brus room for about 5 years now and was ecstatic when they opened up one in Coral Springs. The food here is great, my favorite wings in town. They also have an awesome spinach dip that I order every time. Their pizza for lunch is great too. Nice place to eat, drink and watch a game :) Part of the seating is first come first sit inside as well as the outside, so if you're planning to go, leave early.

Love this place! The wings are phenomenal. The setting is very nice as well. I love the old style bar and the fact that its outdoors but you also have the option of sitting inside too. Order the triple threat grilled wings. They are amazing. I live part time in NY and can't get them here, so whenever I am in FL, you can find me there!

I have given up on this place .... service kinda sucks , tap beer prices are too high , food is mediocre but priced high ... the inside bar always smells , they must not be cleaning the beer overspill properly...

The food is just average and the service is very unpredictable. Stick with a burger or grilled wings and drinks of course. Atmosphere is nice, the place is only a few years old. Nice outside bar area with TVs and fans. Typical Sports Bar.

3 stars due to atmosphere and service (which were nice) Ordered some hot wings and fried mozarella at the bar on a Saturday afternoon while watching football. The food is just average. Grilled wings were ok, but very little flavor of any kind. Same for the cheese. Would come back when I'm in town due to the nice TV's for football, but won't order any fancy meals. Again, appreciated the bar staff.

A 45 minute wait for subpar "bar food" dishes and a dining room that looks like a kitchen? Bru's Room is worthy of two stars at best. The buffalo wings here are don't even rival up to nearby sports bars like the Ale House and Duffy's. Our waitress was friendly, and the bar area here is a favorite amongst the locals, especially during Dolphins games, but Bru's Room bills itself as more than a bar, when it simply is not.

My review is for the family area dinning only. We sat in the family area because we had our kids with us. First, the staff is really poorly groomed (not all but most). The staff appear/visually unprofessional due to lots of skin showing, tattoos showing, piercings showing, torn clothing, clothing not fitting properly, etc... Nothing earth shattering, just young kids not properly trained on how to present themselves in a work environment. Second, we sat near the drink station / entrance to the back cooking area. The drink station was messy and the floor was dirty to include trash. The family area really feels like 2nd class citizens. The nicer area is the self seating or bar area with all the TVs. I looked over to that area and said to myself "gee, wish I could be over there". The service in the family area was timely but the food was like all the other bar/restaurant places. Nothing spectacular. I would even say don't go to Bru's unless you plan on sitting in the seat yourself section/bar.

I frequently visit the Bru's Room in Sunrise (off of Commercial) where I always receive EXCELLENT service... last Saturday night, we decided to visit the Bru's Room in Coral Springs and boy was that a mistake. The ENTIRE experience sucked from beginning to end. I've never had such terrible customer service from BOTH the wait staff and management. I guess the seating policy, is "seat yourself", I walked in with 4 others (2 of which are in the service industry, besides myself) and finally found an open table which would accommodate us all, asked a server if the table was reserved, he said no, so we sat... a server came and took our drink orders...while she was gone getting our drinks, another female server came to our table and said it was reserved for a party and if we could move to another table (in not such a nice manner), our response was simply, we've just ordered drinks, are you going to find us another table to sit at?... her response was "it's open seating"... basically, not her problem. The attitude was more than inappropriate. When the manager came around we asked the same question, you are asking us to move, and we've already ordered our drinks, will you be moving us to another table? ...this was not a quick move. In the meantime, I could hear "attitude girl" complaining to another server that we were still sitting there. When the manager came back to move us, it seemed like he could care less that he was inconveniencing us. He took us to a table outside and said I'm gonna go ahead and get a couple of appetizers for you guys. The new server came over, this one was very pleasant and not her fault we were all already cranky from the previous girl. We waited a WHILE for our drinks and one of them was wrong, round 2 of that beverage, was wrong also, even after we had to have them take it back. The manager took the liberty of "ordering" two apps w/o asking what we wanted. These apps took so long, we had to ask our server if they forgot about them. Apparently they did, because our food was out five minutes later. Finally four dishes came out and I had to sit and wait on mine, apparently it had to be remade because they screwed it up. It was not an enjoyable night at all and management did not seem to care.

Not bad for burger or sandwich if it's cool enough to sit outdoors. Inside is a bit depressing. Stay away from the "family" room, which can have some pretty aggressive kiddie parties. They have discontinued a very good lunch deal that was $5.99. Now we really don't go anymore.
